About the job

We're looking for someone to come and reinforce our engineering team as a back-end engineer and together with us continuously improve our web app that is used by our franchises.

Some of your time will be spent working on features such as:

• Making it simple for employees to not just be, but also feel on top of their complex financial lives throughout their entire career
• Features that makes it possible for our financial experts to have an end-to-end view of their clients finances
• Building integrations with third-party API's to work into the complicated ecosystem that is made of hundreds of UK financial institutions
• Extending and improving the Otto platform with data analytics, machine learning and a variety of other data-driven approaches to product building

And this is only the tip of the iceberg. As we are still in the early stages of our journey, you will be contributing directly to design both the Otto architecture and have a say in the tooling that we use to achieve our goals. Today our founding engineering team consists of 3 members which means you will be a key part in any decision making process and in our success.
